Return Policy


Absolutely no refunds will given, under any circumstances!

Items must be returned for an exchange within 7 days from when the order was recieved..
To initiate a return kindly email us using the "contact us" email address provided with your full name and order number for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of when the order was receieved. Absolutely no refunds will be given. All items are inspected on return; eligible items will only be accepted for store credit or exchange.
Please include in your return/exchange form (which is included in your package) filled up. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number, and address inside the package.
At Glam Dolls NYC we pride ourselves with inspecting all merchandise for quality control prior to shipping. Defective items must be reported only within 24 hours of package arrival. If you have received an incorrect item it must be reported only within 24 hours of package arrival. No exceptions!
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Glam Doll NYC and product tags attached. Any item not received in good condition (free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages) will NOT be accepted and the customer will be responsible to pay for the reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them.

We Reserve all Rights Regarding Returns

Glam Doll NYC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Glam Doll NYC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Glam Doll NYC items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team handles situations in which a return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a Glam Doll Customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customers across the globe.

If we suspect a customer of WARDROBING; or wearing the items and sending them back, no credit will be issued and they will be blocked from our site.

• Exchanges

At Glam Doll NYC, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've reviewed your return and you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

• Processing

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Returns for store credits/exchanges take 10-15 business days to process once the return package arrives at our facilities; and 15-25 business days during holiday seasons.
We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been reviewed and processed you will be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
Customer is responsible to keep return tracking information. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned packages but have no proof the item was sent back; therefore, for the customer's security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will pay for any redeliver costs. We are not responsible for USPS not being able to deliver a package due to an address issue, or them not having a secure place to deliver the package.

• Final Sale Items, clutches, swimwear, and bodysuits.
